Bergamot essential oil has mood-enhancing, sleep-enhancing and antiseptic properties. It has a fresh, bittersweet and spicy mysterious aroma. You will remember it from Earl Grey tea, the plant that scents this popular tea.
Mood effects: improves emotional well-being, brightens the mood, stimulates creative thinking, helps to calm and overcome insomnia.
Health and beauty: often used in cosmetics as it has antiseptic properties and helps in the treatment of acne and skin inflammations. Bergamot oil is an excellent aphrodisiac.
Uses: for external or aromatic use. Keep out of the reach of children. Dilute before use on skin. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. During pregnancy, breastfeeding, in case of any illness and in the case of children, consult a doctor before use. May cause allergic skin reaction. Store in a cool, dark place. Before using essential oils on the skin, perform a skin sensitivity test for individual oil tolerance. Avoid direct sunlight or UV exposure for up to 12 hours after application.
Use as needed:
For indoor fragrance: 3-7 drops 15 ㎡.
4-7 drops for bath.
For bathing: Place a container of water near the heat source and add 5-10 drops to the water 15 m2.
For massage: 3-7 drops 15 g of base oil.
For cosmetic enrichment: 1-5 drops of 15 g of base.
