Ingredients: Evening primrose (Oenothera biennis) oil (containing monounsaturated fatty acids (5% oleic acid) and polyunsaturated fatty acids (65% linoleic acid (LR) and 9% gamma linolenic acid (GLR)), gelatine, glycerol as a humectant, alpha tocopherol as an antioxidant.

1 capsule contains: 500 mg +- 10% oil of evening primrose (Oenothera biennis) (containing 25 mg oleic acid, 325 mg linoleic acid (LR) and 45 mg gamma linolenic acid (GLR)).

Suggested use: 1 capsule 1-2 times a day with sufficient water. Do not exceed the recommended dose. The food supplement should not be taken as a food substitute.
