Burdock root herbal tea Original Herbs, Arctium lappa, commonly known as burdock, is a biennial plant belonging to the Asteraceae family.

Burdock root herbal tea Original Herbs is a robust plant with large, heart-shaped leaves. In the second year it puts up tall branched stems with smaller leaves. The plant can reach a height of 1-2 metres. The most recognisable feature of the burdock is its rounded, burr-like seed heads, covered with hooks that stick easily to clothing and animal fur.

Burdock root herbal tea Original Herbs are native to Europe and Asia, but are widespread in North America. It thrives in a variety of habitats including fields, roadsides and disturbed areas.

Burdock root herbal tea Original Herbs bloom in the second year, producing clusters of pink or purple tubular flowers arranged in spherical heads.

Net content: 50 g

Preparation: 1/2 teaspoon (1,9 g) pour 200 ml of boiling water over the top, leave to steep for 10-15 minutes and take 1 glass (200 ml) 2 times a day.

Storage: Store in a dry, dark place at a temperature of +5 °C to +25 °C.
