Ear candles

Traditional folk medicine. Used in case of sulphur congestion in the ears.

Usage: prepare two phyto candles, a cotton scarf, cotton buds, matches, a glass of water, children's cream, cotton wool. Lie on your side, place a small cushion under your head, cover your head with the cotton scarf (after making a hole for your ear), and put your ear through. Using the cream, perform a gentle massage of the earlobe to help activate the bioactive points. Light the top end of the phyto candle. Attach the lower end (marked with a ribbon) to the ear canal at a 90-degree angle, gently pushing it deeper into the ear. The candle should burn to the marked spot (green stripe). Extinguish the candle in a glass of water. Clean the ear with cotton buds, light with cotton wool for 10-15 minutes. Repeat the procedure for the other ear.

Ingredients: beeswax, lavender essential oil, cinnamon oil, clove oil, eucalyptus oil.
