Soothes the skin, has a restorative effect. Increases the protective functions of the epidermis.
Emotional state: promotes concentration.
Aroma: cold, wood-camphor, pungent, resinous.
Precautions: Check individual sensitivity. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes and damaged skin. Use with caution during pregnancy. Individual oil intolerance is possible.
Method of application:
Cosmetic enrichment: mix 2 drops with 15 g of base (cosmetic oil, cream, lotion, tonic, mask, shower gel, shampoo, balm, etc.).
Massage: mix essential oil (2-3 drops) with 1-2 tablespoons of Mirrolla cosmetic or massage oil, apply to the skin.
Air aromatization: the aromatic lamp is filled with hot water, 3-6 drops of essential oil are added to an area of 15 m². A lighted candle is placed in the lower part of the aroma lamp. Do not let the water boil, add water from time to time. The duration of the procedure is 15-30 minutes.
Baths: add 4-7 drops of essential oil to a bath with water temperature between +37 C° and +40 C°. To dissolve better, mix with 2-4 spoons of emulsifier (salt, honey, milk). The duration of the procedure is 15-30 minutes.
Saunas, baths: add 3-6 drops of essential oil to a bucket of water, sprinkle wooden benches and walls with this mixture. It is not recommended to pour the mixture directly on the heated stones.
Use: for external use only. Do not apply undiluted directly to the skin. Do not apply to the eyes. In case of contact, wash with water. It is recommended to check for allergic sensitivity before using essential oils.
