Inulin is a 100% soluble fiber consisting of fructo-oligosaccharides and polysaccharide chains.

Inulin creates an environment conducive to the better development of viable bacteria with the right pH and nutrients.

Regular consumption of soluble fiber produces a mild laxative effect.

Ingredients: inulin (58%), potato fiber (38%), acidity regulator citric acid, sweetener steviol glycosides, flavoring, thickener xanthan gum, Lactobacillus acidophilus bacteria, coloring carotenes.

Administration and dosage: dissolve the contents of one packet in 100-200 ml of water, use 1 packet per day. Do not exceed the prescribed recommended dose. Should not be used as a meal replacement. May contain traces of milk.
