Japanese pagoda tree herbal tea Original Herbs is a deciduous flowering tree native to East Asia, particularly China, Korea and Japan. It usually grows to a height of 20-25 metres, although it can sometimes reach up to 50 metres, with a rounded crown and feathery leaves consisting of 7-17 leaflets. Traditionally, the tree is used in a variety of ways, with parts such as the flowers and buds used in traditional Chinese medicine. Sophora japonica is valued for its ornamental beauty and is often planted as a street tree or in parks and gardens.

Usage and dosage: 1 (1,5 g) teaspoonful in 1 glass of boiled water. Leave to soak for 30 minutes. Drink as required.
