Herbal tea "Valerian", valerian root
Ingredients: roots and rhizomes of crushed valerian (Valeriana officinalis) 95 %, crushed common comfrey (Leonurus cardiaca) 5 %.
Net content: 50 g
Preparation: 1 tablespoon (5 g) pour 200 ml boiling water over 1 tablespoon (5 g), heat for 15 minutes while stirring, then scoop out, fill up to 200 ml with boiled water, take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day.
Storage: store in a dry, dark place at a temperature of +5 °C to +25 °C.
