Ingredients: crushed hops (Humulus lupulus) cones 100%.
Net content: 30 g
Preparation: 1 teaspoon (1,5 g) pour 200 ml boiling water over 1 teaspoon (1,5 g), simmer for 15 minutes, then strain. Take 1-2 glasses (200 ml) per day for adults.
Storage: store in a dry, dark place, at a temperature of +5 °C to +25 °C (+5 to +25°F), keep the infusion in a cool place for no more than 2 days.
