Herbal tea "Sandwort flowers"

Ingredients: dried, crushed flowers of Helichrysum arenarium 100 %.

Net content: 25 g

Preparation: 4 teaspoons (1,2 g) pour 200 ml boiling water over 4 teaspoons (1,2 g), stir for 10-15 minutes, scoop out, adults take ½ glass (100 ml) 2 times a day, 15 minutes before meals.

Storage: Store in a dry, dark place at a temperature of +5 °C to +25 °C. Keep the infusion in a cool place for up to 2 days.
