Herbal tea "Bean pods"
Ingredients: crushed green bean pods (Phaseolus) 100 %.
Net content: 25 g
Preparation: 3 tablespoons pour 0,5 l of boiling water over 0,5 l, bring to the boil, cook for 10-15 minutes over low heat. Afterwards, keep for 2-3 hours, skim and take ½ glass of decoction (100 ml) 3 times a day, before meals.
Storage: store in a dry, dark place at a temperature of +5 °C to +25 °C. The decoction can be stored for up to 2 days.
