Method of use: apply moistened (soaked in warm water for 15-20 seconds) mustard leaf sachets to clean skin (chest, back, trunk, legs, shins, joints), cover with a clean dry cloth and keep for 5-15 minutes, depending on age and skin sensitivity (until the skin is dry).

Precautions: do not use on damaged skin (pimples, neurodermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, etc.).

Storage conditions: store in a dry place out of the reach of children.
