After soaking sea cabbage in water for about 30 minutes, we can prepare a delicious and healthy salad, seasoned with mayonnaise or sauces and spices.
100 g of the product contains 50,000 to 60,000 μg of iodine. The daily rate for an adult is about 150 μg, i.e. about 3 g of minced sea cabbage.
