Ingredients: Turmeric (Curcuma longa) rhizome extract, capsule shell hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, turmeric (Curcuma longa) shpowder, dietary fibre from the stems of true bamboos (Bambusa bambos), cellulose filler, silicon dioxide, adhesive, magnesium salts of fatty acids as adhesive, black pepper (Piper nigrum) fruit extract, zinc oxide.
2 capsules contain (NRV*, %): 728 mg of turmeric (Curcuma longa) rhizome extract (which contains 291 mg of curcumin), 116 mg of turmeric (Curcuma longa) powder, 4 mg of black pepper (Piper nigrum) fruit extract (containing 3.8 mg of piperine), 22 mg of dietary fiber from the stems of true bamboo (Bambusa nambos), 4.75 mg of zinc (47.5% of the NRV*).

Suggested use: 2 capsules per day with meals.
