Ingredients: filler: microcrystalline cellulose, alpha lipoic acid (ALA), anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, filler: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC).
Dosage: Take 1 capsule per day with water, preferably during a meal. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. The food supplement should not be used as a meal replacement.
