Yeast flakes contain approximately 45 g of protein per 100 g of product, making them an excellent source of protein. These flakes are also rich in fiber.
Ingredients:
100% inactive yeast flakes (Saccharomyces cerevisiae).
May contain traces of cereals containing gluten, celery, mustard, sesame, peanuts, and other nuts.
