Herbal tea “Oak bark”
Ingredients: crushed oak (Quercus robur) bark 100%.
Net content: 50 g
Preparation: 1 teaspoon (2 g) pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1 teaspoon (2 g), steep for 15 minutes, cool, then strain. Take ½ (100 ml) glass 1 time a day.
Storage: store in a dry, dark place at a temperature of +5 °C to +25 °C.
