Suggested Use: For adults and children over 12 years of age, it is recommended to take the contents of 1 sachet (2 g of powder) 1 time a day. Place the powder in the mouth, allow to dissolve, then swallow.

Warnings: may cause diarrhoea if taken in large quantities. Do not exceed the recommended dose. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for food.
