Suggested use: adults are recommended to take 3-9 tablets daily with a glass of water. Beneficial effects are only observed when 1 g of activated charcoal is consumed at least 30 minutes before a meal and 1 g immediately after a meal. The food supplement should not be used as a substitute for food. Do not exceed the recommended dose. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
