Ascorbic acid is one of the most important substances for the normal functioning of the human body: it helps to maintain normal immune function during and after intense exercise, helps to maintain normal energy metabolism, helps to maintain normal nervous system function, helps to protect cells from oxidative damage, helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue, and helps to improve iron absorption.

Ingredients: water, sugar, rosehip fruit dry extract, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), citric acid.

Usage: for flavouring teas, drinks or cocktails (take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) 1-3 times a day).
