Ingredients: calcium (calcium gluconate, 94 % pure), potato starch, calcium salts of fatty acids, talc. One tablet contains 500 mg of calcium gluconate, equivalent to 44,7 mg of calcium.
The recommended daily intake (9 tablets) contains 402 mg of calcium, which is 50 % of the Nutrient reference values (NRV).
Directions for use: take 2-3 tablets, 2-3 times a day before meals or 1-1.5 hours after meals. It is recommended to crush the tablets before taking them. Do not exceed the recommended dose. The food supplement should not be used as a substitute for food.
