The seeds of black cumin help maintain normal blood glucose levels.

Suggested Use: Adults are recommended to take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) 1-2 times a day 30 minutes before meals.

Ingredients: cold-pressed seed oil of black cumin ( Nigella Sativa L.).

2 teaspoons (10 ml) contains: 10 ml of cold-pressed black cumin (Nigella Sativa L.) seed oil.

Warnings: not recommended for use if hypersensitivity reactions to any of the ingredients of the product have occurred.

Do not exceed the recommended dose. The food supplement should not be used as a food substitute. Do not use after expiry date!

Storage conditions: Store in a dry place out of the reach of children, protected from direct sunlight, at a temperature between +8 ºC and +25 ºC. Refrigerate after opening.
