Usage:

For hair: massage a small amount of the oil into the scalp and throughout the length of the hair. Leave on for at least 30 minutes or leave hair overnight. The effect can be enhanced by wrapping a warm towel around the head. Rinse thoroughly with shampoo. Use 2 times a week.

For massage: apply to the skin as required. Can be used as an oil in Eastern and Western massages.
