Chaga herbal tea with cedar concord and sage, 80 g

Chaga has a beneficial effect on all body systems, acts as a biostimulant, accelerates the course of vital processes, helps with insomnia, helps reduce the feeling of constant fatigue and malaise.

Sage leaves and flowers contain resin, gum, essential oils, flavonoids, thanks to which sage decoction improves the activity of the respiratory system.

The leg of a cedar cone is valued for its high resin content, from which essential substances are released during cooking that have a beneficial effect on the human respiratory system.

Ingredients: crushed chaga (Inonotus obliquus) 50 %, crushed sage (Salvia officinalis) flowers 30 %, crushed cedar (Cedrus) 20 %.

Preparation: 2-3 tablespoons (5-10 g) pour 500 ml boiling water over 2-3 tablespoons (5-10 g), simmer for 10-20 minutes.

Store in a dry room with a humidity of up to 70 %, away from strong odours, at a temperature of not more than +25 °C.
