Crushed dried mushroom
The Chaga mushroom, scientifically known as Inonotus obliquus, is a unique and very useful mushroom found mainly on birch trees in colder regions such as Northern Europe, Russia, Canada and parts of the USA. It has been revered for centuries for its healing properties and has been used in traditional medicine in various indigenous cultures.
Ingredients: 100 % Chaga mushroom cut (Inonotus obliquus concisus).
The product may contain traces of cereals containing gluten, celery, mustard, sesame, peanuts and other types of nuts.
Preparation: 1 (2 g) teaspoonful in 200 ml of boiling water, simmer for 15 minutes, scoop out and give to adults ½ glass 2 times a day. Can be used to flavour yoghurt, breakfast mix.
Store in a dry, dark room with a humidity of up to 75 %, at a temperature of not more than +25°C.
