Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose as a viscosity regulator, dry extract of black cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosae) ( 6,3 %), magnesium salts of fatty acids and silica as a viscosity regulator, gelatine.

Suggested use and dosage: Adults take 1 capsule 2 times a day with a meal, with a little water. Duration of use: 3 months. Do not exceed the recommended dose. It should not be used as a food substitute.

Warnings: a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
