Suggested Use: Adults are recommended to take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) 3 to 5 times a day. For children over 3 years of age, it is recommended to take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) 1 time a day. Take neat or dilute with other liquids. Shake before use.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage for the setting. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for food.
