Dried ground sea cabbage can be used as a spice, giving dishes a unique smell and taste and enriching them with iodine, micro-macro elements
100 g of the product contains 50,000 to 60,000 μg of iodine. The daily rate for an adult is about 150 μg, i.e. about 3 g of minced sea cabbage.
