Ingredients: 100% sunflower (Helianthus annuus) petals.

Usage: pour boiling water over the dried sunflower petals and cover to steep for 15 minutes. The infusion is perfect for drinking and can be sweetened with honey if needed.Alternatively, you can add a tablespoon of petals to half a glass of warm water, boil for 3 minutes, set aside for a further 15 minutes, then strain. A decoction of sunflower blossom materials in a stronger concentration is ideal as a compress. Sunflower petals can also be added to any tea, including herbal teas, or used as an original garnish to desserts and other dishes.
