Ingredients: purified water, inulin (from chicory roots), fructose, humectant glycerol, thickener xanthan gum, acidity regulator citric acid, viscosity regulator silicon dioxide, essential orange oil, thiamine hydrochloride.

5 g / 10 g liquid (gel) contains: 500 mg / 1000 mg inulin 0.7 mg (63.5% NRV*), 1.4 mg (127% NRV*) vitamin B1.

NRV* - reference nutritional value.

Usage: adults are recommended to take 1 teaspoon (5 g), 2 times a day, during meals, dissolved in 1/2 glass (100 ml) of warm water. For children over 3 years of age, take 1 teaspoon (5 g), 1 time a day, during meals, dissolving 1/2 glass (100 ml) in warm water.

Do not exceed the prescribed recommended dose. The food supplement should not be used as a substitute for food.

Storage conditions: in a dark place, inaccessible to children, at a temperature not higher than +25 °C.
