Description

Mint essential oil has a specific smell and effect due to the menthol in the essential oil. It is the menthol that gives mint oil its cooling, stimulating, warming and refreshing effect. It is used for disinfecting and scenting the home, for aromatic baths, steam baths, creams, lotions and sauna treatments.

Ingredients: Mentha arvensis essential oil.

Usage:

Aromatisation of rooms

4-6 drops (15 m²) in an aroma lamp.

Inhalation

Hot: 2 drops, duration 5 min.

Baths: 2-6 drops mixed with 1 tbsp (milk, honey, sea or table salt)

Sauna: 2-4 drops per 15 m² room.

Massage: 6 drops mixed with 15 g of massage oil or cream.

Compresses 4-6 drops

Warnings: do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients.External use only!

Storage conditions: store in closed bottles out of direct sunlight, out of the reach of children, at temperatures between +5 °C and +25 °C.
