Ingredients: L-ascorbic acid, cellulose filler, zinc lactate, quercetin (from Japanese Sophora Japonica), cholecalciferol, calcium durskoses fatty acids, silica as a glucose regulator.

1 tablet contains (NRV*, %): 90 mg (112,5 %) of vitamin C, 12 mg (120 %) of zinc, 10 mg of quercetin (from Japanese Sophora Japonica), 12,5 μg (250 %) of vitamin D3.

Suggested Use: Adults and children over 14 years of age are recommended to take 1 tablet per day with meals.

Warnings: the supplement is not recommended for use in pregnant women, nursing mothers and if hypersensitivity reactions to any of the ingredients have occurred. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

The dietary supplement should not be used as a food substitute.
