Use: shake well before use. Adults and children over 14 years of age are recommended to take 10 ml of the liquid 1 time a day, with meals, adding the required amount of the food supplement to 200 ml of water. It is recommended to measure the required amount of liquid using the measuring cup on the cap of the bottle. Do not exceed the recommended dose. The food supplement should not be used as a substitute for food.
