Thiamine (Vitamin B1) helps to maintain normal heart function and normal nervous system function. Vitamin B6 helps maintain normal nervous system function. Vitamins B6, B12, help to reduce feelings of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients: glycine, lactose (dairy product), filler microcrystalline cellulose, stabiliser polyvinylpyrrolidone, adhesive silicon dioxide, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamin mononitrate (vitamin B1), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).

Suggested Use: Adults take 1 tablet three times a day, keeping the tablet in the mouth until dissolved.
