As much as 100 mg glycine per tablet!

Ingredients: glycine (65 % pure), dextrose monohydrate, corn starch, magnesium salts of fatty acids as adhesive.

Direction for use : take 1 tablet 3 times a day. Keep the tablet under the tongue until dissolved.

The recommended daily intake (3 tablets) contains 300 mg glycine.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

The food supplement should not be used as a food substitute.

A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important!

Storage conditions: store in a dry, dark place, out of the reach of children, at a temperature of not more than +25 ºC.
