Golden flaxseeds contain unsaturated fatty acids (including many omega-3 and omega-6), vitamins and minerals, fibre and protein. They also contain phytosterols and lignans - unusual substances.

Usage: Take 2 teaspoons of flaxseed in half a glass of water and boil for 15 minutes. Drink 2-3 times a day. The flaxseed should be freshly ground just before adding it to dishes. Do not exceed the daily dose of 3,75 g per serving and 11,25 g of flaxseed.
The product may contain traces of milk (including lactose), soya beans, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, oats, eggs, shellfish, fish.
