Ingredients: 80 % seeds of the white-headed plantain, 20 % seed hulls of white-headed plantain seeds.

The product may contain traces of cereals containing gluten, celery, mustard, sesame, peanuts and other types of nuts.

Preparation: 2-3 teaspoons of fibre in a glass of boiling water and drink 2-3 times a day. When taking the fibre, do not forget to drink at least 2 litres of water a day.

Storage conditions: store in a dry, dark room with a humidity of up to 75 % and a temperature of no more than +25°C.
