Instructions for use:

1. Loosen the bunion adjuster strap

2. Place the Bunion Adjuster over the big toe so that the adjuster mount (front) is on the inside of the big toe and the padded band covers the bunion area.

3. The strap will be on the bottom of the foot. Wrap it around the outside of the foot, then over the top of the foot and slip it through the hook.

4. Adjust the strap to put pressure on the big toe and fasten the strap in place. Increase the pressure on the big toe by gradually tightening the strap as needed.

Not recommended for diabetics and those with impaired blood circulation.
