Mumio is a complex combination of organic and inorganic compounds formed by the vital activity of plants, insects and animals, mixed with soil elements and enriched with natural complex compounds. When stored for a long time in the rock layers of the high mountains, the mass is altered, enriched with natural biologically active substances, and released in the form of tar-like material in the rock crevices.
