Description
Cedar is one of the main wealth of Altai. It is a symbol of strength and longevity. Cedar resin, cones, nuts, needles, and even wood have healing properties.

The aroma of cedar resin gently affects the nervous system, relieves stress and helps to concentrate.
Oregano contains: essential oils, phenols, tannins, ascorbic acid, thymol. It is recommended to take it for insomnia, as a mild antidepressant that relaxes the nervous system and relieves excessive tension after stress and emotional overload.

Preparation: 2-3 tablespoons (5-10 g) pour 500 ml boiling water over 2-3 tablespoons (5-10 g), simmer for 10-20 minutes.
Store in a dry room with a humidity of up to 70 %, away from strong odours, at a temperature of not more than +25 °C.
