Butterfly Pea Flower (whole)
Clitoria ternatea, also known as the asian pigeonwings, bluebellvine, blue pea, butterfly pea is a flowering plant native to tropical Asia. It is named for its distinctive flower, which resembles the shape of the female reproductive organ. Preparation: 1-2 tablespoons of dried flowers in a glass of boiling water. Leave covered for 15-20 minutes.
