Herbal tea “Ivan-Chai” fermented leaves of the fireweed

Ingredients: fermented leaves of the fireweed (Chamaenerion angustifolium) 100 %.

Preparation: 1 teaspoon (1,5-2 g) pour 300 ml of boiling water over 1 teaspoon (1,5-2 g) and leave for 5-10 minutes.

Store: in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight, at a temperature of no more than +20 °C, in a room with a humidity of up to 70 %.
