Therefore, from the age of 25-30 years onwards, it is recommended to take additional collagen. Use: for adults, mix 12 g of powder (2 measuring spoons – 2x6g) with 200-300 ml of water. Take once a day. Take 1 to 3 months, repeat the course if necessary. Suitable for use during pregnancy and lactation.
