Ingredients: filler microcrystalline cellulose, broccoli cabbage extract (containing indole-3-carbinol), starch, glucose-regulating agent calcium salts of fatty acids.

Directions for use: Adults: 1 tablet daily with meals. To be taken 1 month. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
