Ingredients: sweetener sorbitol, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), iron (ferrous fumarate), stabiliser magnesium salts of fatty acids, viscosity regulators talc and polyethylene glycol, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid).

Suggested Use: Adults and children over 12 years of age should take 1 tablet per day after a meal with sufficient water or other liquid. Do not exceed the recommended dose. The dietary supplement should not be taken as a substitute for food. When taken in large quantities it may cause diarrhoea. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. No added sugars.
