Chromium helps to maintain normal metabolism of macronutrients and normal blood glucose levels. Glucomannan helps with weight loss when following a reduced energy diet. Beneficial effects are seen when 3 g of glucomannan is consumed daily before meals, with 1-2 glasses of water, on a reduced energy diet. Glucomannan helps to maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.

Ingredients: Konjac (Amorphophallus konjac) extract, gelatin, arabic coffee (Coffea arabic) extract, calcium di-phosphate hardener, tea plant (Camellia Sinensis) extract, silica stabiliser, magnesium salts of fatty acids, calcium carbonate stabiliser, chromium (III) chloride.

3/9 capsules contain (NRV*, %): 1179 mg/3537 mg of ( Amorphophallus konjac) extract (containing 1002 mg/3006 mg glucomannan), 150 mg/450 mg of (Coffea arabica) extract (containing 75 mg/225 mg of chlorogenic acid and 12 mg/36 mg caffeine), 30 mg/90 mg of (Camellia sinensis extract) (containing: 27 mg/81 mg polyphenols, 9 mg/27 mg epigallocatechin gallate, 3 mg/9 mng caffeine), 30 ug (75 %) / 90 ug (225 %) chromium.

Suggested Use: Adults are recommended to take 3 capsules 3 times a day before meals, with a sufficient amount (1-2 glasses) of water.
