Ingredients: cellulose filler, calcium phosphates filler, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose filler, hydroxypropylcellulose filler, L-selenomethionine (of organic origin), magnesium salts of fatty acids as a viscosity regulator, fatty acids as emulsifiers, glycerol as a moisture-retaining agent.

1 film-coated tablet contains (NRV*, %): 100 μg (182 %) selenium.

Suggested use: 1 tablet daily with sufficient water. Do not exceed the recommended dose. The dietary supplement should not be taken as a food substitute.
