Recommended Daily Intake (*NRV for adults: vitamin C 120 mg (150%*), narrow-leaved plantain leaf extract (5:1): 900 mg (equivalent to 4500mg of leaf), rosehip fruit extract (4:1): 105 mg (equivalent to 420mg of fruit), peppermint essential oil: 7 mg.

Ingredients: glucose-fructose syrup, purified water, glycerol as a humectant, Plantago lanceolata leaf extract, maltodextrin (corn), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), rosehip fruit extract, polysorbate 80 as an emulsifier, peppermint essential oil.

Directions for use: adults take 15 ml 3 times a day, children over 3 years of age take 5 ml 3 times a day.
