Vitamins C, D and zinc help to maintain normal immune function. Vitamin C helps to maintain normal collagen formation, which is required for normal function of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums, skin, teeth, normal nervous system function, normal psychological function, helps to protect cells from oxidative damage, helps to reduce feelings of tiredness and fatigue, and helps to improve iron absorption. Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and/or assimilation of calcium and phosphorus, normal blood calcium concentrations, normal bones, teeth, normal muscle function, and a function in cell division. Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function, normal hair, nails, skin.

1 tablet contains (NRV*, %): 1000 mg (1250 %) of vitamin C, 25 mg of rosehip extract, 15 mg (150 %) of zinc, 12 mg of citrus bioflavonoids, 50 μg (1000 %) of vitamin D3.
