Juniper essential oil Farmakom, 10 ml

Juniper essential oil is extracted from juniper pine cones, known as berries. Juniper has a great smell - but this is far from being the main reason why it is so popular.Juniper essential oil is suitable for all types of daily skin care. It cleanses the skin, tightens pores, and makes it firm and supple. It has anti-cellulite properties. Can be used as an emollient for feet and elbows. It is an excellent aid for hair, strengthening it, stimulating its growth, giving it shine and helping to fight dandruff.

Ingredients: Juniper (Juniperus communis) essential oil.

Usage:

Aromatic lamp: add 2-6 tablespoons of warm water to an aromatic lamp, add a few drops of essential oil and place a burning candle (a tablet made of alcohol and paraben) in the lower part of the lamp.

Aromatic bath: add 3-5 drops of essential oil to 1-2 tablespoons of emulsifier (sea salt, honey), dissolve in 0.5 litres of warm water and add to a bath filled with water. Duration: 10-20 minutes.

Place 2-3 drops of essential oil on a natural fabric and place next to the bed.

Add 1-2 drops of essential oil to an aromatic pendant or locket.

Massage: to enhance the effect of the massage, add 3-7 drops of essential oil to 10-15 ml of a dessert or tablespoon of massage cream or fatty oil.

Baths and saunas: you can prepare this aromatic solution: add 5-10 drops of essential oil to 1-2 tablespoons of honey (or sea salt) and dilute the mixture in 500 ml of water. In saunas, you can use 1-1,5 l of aromatic essential oil to wet wooden floors, brooms and the surface of stoves. In saunas, place a 200-300 ml container of aromatic essential oil on the stove in the steam room, and also use it to spray benches and walls. Duration of treatment: 3-20 minutes (increase gradually).

Storage conditions: Store in closed bottles out of direct sunlight, out of the reach of children, at temperatures between +5 °C and +25 °C.
